Quality Policy

Jubilee Mission College of Nursing strives to promote highest standard in quality education in nursing at par with global standards by meeting the demands of the society and students through devoted staff with stakeholder involvement, regular reviews and updated systems.

Quality Objectives (QO)

  • Q1. Ensure the best governance of the institution by fostering a harmonious cordial relationship among its stakeholders and to provide a campus with higher learning.
  • Q2. Develop faculty members as the world class leaders in teaching focused on excellence in Nursing Education.
  • Q3. Advance the body of knowledge in profession by establishing a center to foster research, creative tasks, and strategic partnerships.
  • Q4. Deliver quality care to all patients by treating them, in a culture of caring “service with Love” in adherence with ethical principles.
  • Q5. Render positive, productive and efficient nurses and nurse educators who will be the best at their profession.

Specific Objectives of IQAC

  • To facilitate academic excellence in the institution.
  • To work on strategies and ensure the implementation of objectives to build the institution that will stand as a beacon of light in the field of Nursing.

Stages of IQAC

  • Facilitated the establishment of IQAC in the institution
  • Prepared Project plan for quality assurance measures.
  • Developed awareness, engagement and ownership of all stakeholders into QA Process.

IQAC
